My story begins with an innate curiosity about people, their cultures, and shared stories. Growing up in a bilingual home, I had a worldview and diverse upbringing that broadened my perspective on working with diverse communities. This provided me with a deep cross-cultural understanding that led to my early career in arts and culture organizations, including the Smithsonian Institution. My experience spans many facets of nonprofit, corporate, and startup organizations, which has given me a wide lens into the complexities of working in various industries and business models. I founded HeARTs Work Coaching and Consulting and co-founded HeartCentric Divine Creations and HeartCentric Coaching Collaborative.

I started my career at Accenture as a consultant where I gained my passion for helping others. After getting my MBA at University of Minnesota, I worked in marketing for companies such as General Mills and Honeywell before forming my own company. While in corporate, I managed businesses, with P&L responsibility, worth hundreds of millions in revenue and led teams that spanned the globe. My years in leading global corporations gave me first-hand insight into the pace at which successful people today are expected to operate. I am passionate about helping professionals and individuals find ways to experience well-being despite the rigorous demands of work and everyday lives. I founded ClientCentric Consulting & Coaching and co-founded HeartCentric Divine Creations and HeartCentric Coaching Collaborative.

Sara has been teaching psychic boundaries, grounding, dream work, chakras and auras for the past 13 years. She is a long time student of John Friedlander and Gloria Hemsher's Psychic Psychology. This work has helped her to create better boundaries and to have deeper and more satisfying relationships. She teaches a unique meditation practice that helps people to clear their own auras, discern various energies, release anger and so much more. After owning and running the Black Dog Cafe for 24 years she has now moved into full time teaching and counseling. Sara currently is a practicing End of Life Death Doula and works with the energies of the dying as a part of her teachings. Sara lives with her cat Mama and has 1 adult son. She enjoys travel, water, dreaming and exploring.

Rubem Lima offers readings with Avalon cards,  Peruvian leaf readings, and Afro-Brazilian tarot. He loves to help clients connect with their guides, angels, animal spirit helpers, and loved ones who passed. He has experience advising clients on their spiritual and healing paths. Short shamanic healings can also be done during the sessions upon request.

He respects and honors all faiths and ascended masters. He is a student of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism,  Celtic spirituality, and the Maya calendar .  His goal is to accumulate karmic credits in service to others. 

He especially likes to function as a cultural and spiritual bridge, having grown up in Brazil  of Pataxó (Native American) and Italian parents and having participated in rituals as diverse as Buddhist empowerment, Hindu services,  Native American Sundances,  and Jewish services. He grew up in a tradition of Candomblé (the Afro-Brazilian version of the Yoruba religion called Ifá, Hispanic santería),  French spiritism, and other mystic strands. He is a  Mesa Carrier in the Peruvian Q’ero tradition, a Minister of Melchizedek, and  a Lakota sweat lodge singer. He just got initiated into the traditional Ifá religion and is an apprentice of Shango, Yemaya, and Obatala.
